Her work blends body-based healing, intuitive depth, and practical care.
Shinade created Sacred Knowing as a place where people could bring the questions, sensitivities, and crossroads that do not always fit into ordinary conversation. Some clients arrive in grief, stress, or transition. Some are spiritually aware and need help trusting what they know. Some need body-based healing, and some need clear intuitive guidance around family, life, or business decisions.
She has been in the healing and spiritual arts for most of her life and professionally for 18 years. Alongside certification in hypnotherapy, Thai Massage, Cranio Sacral, Reiki, and Natural Health Practice, Shinade’s broader body of work has included energy work, holistic lifestyle support, and intuitive teaching around intuition, divination, meditation, and working with love-led spiritual guidance.
